International students at Kozminski University took part in an inspiring Intrapreneurship Masterclass held on December 4, 2025. The event was organized within the framework of the EU-funded 4InnoPipe2 project and focused on fostering innovative thinking within modern organizations.
The masterclass was delivered by Gentrit Berisha, a distinguished Professor of Management from the University of Prishtina. During the session, students explored the concept of intrapreneurship as a key driver of organizational growth, adaptability, and long-term competitiveness in today’s dynamic business environment.
Prof. Berisha shared practical strategies and real-world examples demonstrating how employees can act as innovators within existing organizational structures. Particular emphasis was placed on creativity, job crafting, and developing an intrapreneurial mindset in corporate settings.
