4InnoPipe2 Consortium Meets in Warsaw at Kozminski University

Members of the 4InnoPipe2 consortium gathered at Kozminski University in Warsaw on October 27 – 28, 2025, for a productive two-day meeting focused on collaboration, innovation, and project development.

The event combined project coordination sessions, masterclasses on Agile project management and leadership, and an engaging COIN methodology workshop led by Monika Sońta, PhD, from Kozminski University.

Consortium Meeting and Collaboration

The meeting served as an important milestone for partners to share updates on project progress, exchange best practices, and plan the next phases of 4InnoPipe2. Discussions focused on strengthening collaboration across universities, industry partners, and innovation ecosystems, reinforcing the project’s mission to foster talent development and digital transformation.

COIN Methodology Workshop

A highlight of the Warsaw meeting was the COIN (Collaborative Innovation Networks) workshop delivered by Monika Sońta, PhD. Through this interactive session, consortium members explored how the COIN methodology can be applied to enhance cooperation and impact within 4InnoPipe2.

The COIN methodology provides a conceptual and practical framework for building trust-based, self-organizing innovation communities. It emphasizes social trust, creativity, ethical leadership, and the use of network analysis tools to transform collaboration into real-world impact. Within 4InnoPipe2, this approach helps strengthen digital infrastructure, start-up incubation, and knowledge exchange—fostering regenerative and resilient innovation ecosystems.

As Dr. Sońta demonstrated, COINs enable teams to connect individual expertise through shared purpose, creating positive interdependencies that support innovation even in today’s complex and rapidly changing environment.

Masterclasses and Knowledge Exchange

In addition to the consortium meeting and COIN workshop, participants joined two inspiring masterclasses organized by Kozminski University experts:

  • Agile Project Management in Practice with Oleksandr Prokopiv
  • Agile Leadership with Kanban with Ewa Mika

These sessions provided valuable insights into agile transformation, hybrid project delivery, and leadership in dynamic innovation settings-key competencies for the 4InnoPipe2 partners.

The Warsaw gathering once again demonstrated the consortium’s commitment to collaboration, learning, and innovation as the foundation for sustainable impact across Europe’s higher education and entrepreneurial ecosystems.
